This kind of products has a particular audience, I find it useless to match an amp (any type, including the fiio E5, which is cheap) to the ear in a low impedance. Io non le amplifico, sono per la portabilità assoluta e fino a ora non usavo il fiio perché non mi piace come trasforma la RE0. Il linearossa è timbricamente il mio preferito con le Hippo ma non offre alcun vantaggio in termini di potenza rispetto a un lettore liscio, cosa fa dunque???

The hippo is one of the lot to have all the features you must have a good portable amp: volume boost, bass boost, and pretty resistant to see.
