Lake Buena Vista Resort And Village

Citronella Geranium and Rosemary

When they finish the frost is the time to give your plants to clean up.

begin this section with a new plant I love the most: Geranium (Pelargonium).

First of all, remove all leaves, with all the stems, damaged, yellow, dried, pitted or stained.

Delete all rotten or dried branches and shorten all others.

also eliminates any flowers or flower buds. In this way the plant will have more energy to produce new leaves.

from the branches longer you can get cuttings for new plants.

If there are weeds on the soil, estirpale by the roots.

If plant roots completely fill the jar, replace it with a larger one.

fertilizes the plant with a bit 'of manure, or granular fertilizer slow release.

In the following video you can see one of my geraniums before and after cleaning.

In this one instead you may see some cuttings taken from the same plant.

Leave me a comment to this post and I'll be happy to respond. Good cultivation
